Role

We are looking for a seasoned Python Backend Developer with a passion for algorithms and automation to help build our state-of-the-art native advertising engine that combines the skills and creativity of human Media Buyers with data analysis, process automation, and generative AI to reach new levels of performance. 

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can think together with the team to find the best solutions without losing sight of the overall goals and being able to deliver ready-to-go products, and then support and improve them down the road.

Required skills

• 3+ years experience in Python development ;

• Proficiency with numerical data and SQL;

• Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and implementation;

• The ability to translate business requirements into technical designs;

• Plus: some experience with HTML/CSS/other front-end development;

• Plus: some experience with machine learning/ generative AI/ LLMs;
